The project is being developed to encourage more participation by local residents and community groups. Visitors can learn about composting, planting for wildlife and growing food without chemicals. In the future they also aim to explore permaculture techniques. Some of the produce may be sold in the neighbouring farm shop.

The Landshare site is on the south (Chepstow side) of Hanley Court Business Centre, Tidenham, near Chepstow (off A48). Parking is in the layby. There is a short walk up an uneven field track to the site. The track can be muddy after rain.
