A stone built country house dating from the 16th Century with 11 acres of grounds, including a large vegetable garden where we endeavour to grow all our own produce which is naturally grown (gardens open to the public). We run a tea room and offer B and B accommodation. Our water is from a bore hole and we have PV solar panels for electricity which were installed 4 years ago. Our latest project is a wood chip biomass boiler which heats not only our house and water but also the adjacent coach house. It was installed last December by Novalux, an excellent local company which we highly recommend.
